Packaging

Every painting is carefully packaged with glassine paper, bubble wrap, and secured corner protectors to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Originals are treated with the care they deserve.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties upon arrival — these are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original undamaged condition. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We take this seriously and will make it right:

• Prints: Free replacement, no questions asked.
• Original paintings: We will issue a store credit equal to your full purchase price, redeemable toward any painting in the collection. Credit is delivered as a unique discount code via email within 1-2 business days of your approved claim.
